Shrimp Breakfast Burrito

CookingAddic Here's a quick and easy morning meal that doesn't skimp on flavor. There's something very satisfying about a warm, hearty meal to start your day off right. We really enjoy these burritos for breakfast. Hope you will too :-) 


  1. 4  ~ 10 inch flour tortillas
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1-2 tbs whipping cream
  4. 2/3 cup shrimps
  5. 1/2 bell pepper
  6. 3/4 cup cheese
  7. Salt, pepper, parsley flakes
  8. Butter


Heat butter add shrimps. Cook for a few min.  
Fluff eggs with whipping cream. Melt butter  in the skillet. Add salt and cook scrambled eggs. 
Add minced bell pepper. Cook for a few min.
 Add shredded cheese. Mix well until cheese melts.
 Place egg mix on the tortilla and wrap.
Heat another skillet with butter, cook burritos to the brown gold colored crust. 

Enjoy with salsa!!!
